Do I need a card to start?
No. Start the 14-day trial after verifying your instructor account, then add a payment method before the trial ends to keep full access.
What happens when I reach a quota?
AI generations and product-email allowances reset with the next active billing period. Active-student capacity becomes available when a student is archived, and private-file capacity becomes available when files are deleted. Voyage does not add metered overage fees.
What happens when the trial or subscription ends?
The workspace becomes read-only immediately. You can view, export, and manage billing. General workspace data is scheduled for deletion after 90 days, with limited exceptions required by law.
Are student payments part of the $39 plan?
The plan includes the workflow for one-time adult-student invoices through the instructor's connected Stripe account. Stripe processing fees are separate and paid by the instructor; Voyage does not add a transaction fee at launch.
Can another instructor collaborate in my workspace?
Yes. The workspace owner can invite instructor collaborators. The owner remains responsible for the subscription, Stripe connection, export, and owner-only workspace settings.
Can I have more than 50 students?
You can archive inactive students without a limit. The plan supports up to 50 active students at one time.
