About Voyage

A focused product with transparent guidance.

Voyage builds training-operations software for independent flight instructors and their invited students. We explain what the product does, link readers to primary aviation sources, and keep instructional judgment with the responsible CFI.

What Voyage is

Software for the operational work around a flight lesson.

Voyage helps an instructor organize availability, student requests, preparation, lesson records, debriefs, syllabus progress, messages, payments, and monthly follow-up in one private workspace.

Students join by invitation and see the information they need for the active instructor workspace. The instructor remains responsible for every training, proficiency, endorsement, logbook, weather, and operational decision.

Voyage is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration. It is not an official pilot logbook, an FAA authorization system, a dispatch service, or a substitute for current regulations, official guidance, a qualified professional, or pilot-in-command judgment.

Editorial standards

How Voyage publishes practical resources.

Voyage publishes practical training-operations guidance using official FAA and eCFR sources. These resources are educational, not personalized flight instruction, legal advice, an official logbook, or a substitute for current regulations and instructor judgment.

Start with primary sources

When a resource discusses a regulation, certification standard, endorsement, or instructional practice, Voyage links to current FAA or eCFR material readers can check directly.

Separate evidence from interpretation

Templates ask instructors to record observable evidence, source dates, and their own assessment. Voyage does not let a score or generated summary make a proficiency, safety, or eligibility decision.

Label examples and limitations

Sample students, schedules, reports, and lesson outcomes are identified as fictional. Guidance is labeled educational and does not claim to be an official logbook, weather briefing, endorsement, or legal interpretation.

Keep product claims verifiable

Voyage describes features and plan terms that exist in the current product and derives price, trial, and quota language from the application's canonical billing configuration.

Publication and updates

Every guide shows who published it and when it changed.

  • Published and maintained by Voyage; no individual CFI credential or personal review is implied.
  • Publication and last-updated dates appear on every resource.
  • The current source version is linked instead of reproducing regulatory language that may become stale.
  • Material changes update the article date while preserving the existing public URL.
  • Product links are contextual and visibly separate from official-source links.

Corrections and questions

Point us to the source and the affected page.

If a Voyage resource is unclear, outdated, or inconsistent with a current official source, email support@voyage-us.com. Include the page URL, the statement at issue, and a link to the primary source when possible.

Do not send student records, medical information, government IDs, payment-card details, passwords, or private training notes. Product and account support uses the same address, but urgent aviation decisions should go to the appropriate official source or qualified professional rather than Voyage support.
